Holodomor: The 356-million-pood plan (June–July 1932)

June–July 1932

Ukraine is already short of food when Moscow refuses to lower the 1932 grain plan. At the Third CP(b)U Conference in Kharkiv, Molotov and Kaganovich make the delegates accept it.

Circles show each 1932 oblast's total losses for 1932–34 (HURI); no month-by-month split per oblast is published. Borders and the cordon are approximate.
