Human plan

A claim that a person plans to do something, with a quote as evidence and a note on who the plan comes from.

What a plan is

A human plan claim says that one person (the planner) intends to do something: hold a meeting, sign a deal, pass a law, visit a place. It is always attached to a quote, the evidence, like every other claim on the platform. A plan is not a decision already taken and not a public promise: it may never be announced, and it is often known only from other people's words.

What it records

The plan in one line, and optionally: a target date known to the day, month or year (with an end if the window is longer), the other people the plan involves, a place, the process it belongs to (for example a war), and conditions or means, such as "even if it means pressuring Ukraine". Several people planning the same thing get one claim each.

Who says so (attribution)

Every plan says where it comes from. Stated by the person: the planner said it themselves. From insiders: advisers, officials or leaks, usually through a newspaper. Outside guess: a journalist's or analyst's inference. This matters for credibility: a plan known from advisers or guessed by an observer is weaker evidence than the person's own words. Example: The Atlantic, citing Donald Trump's advisers, wrote that he imagines standing between Putin and Zelenskyy as they sign a peace deal at the G20 summit in Miami in December 2026, at his own golf club. That plan is recorded with attribution "from insiders" and target December 2026.

Where plans show

On the quote page, the Human plans section lists the quote's plans; Create opens the form. On the human page, the Plans card lists the person's plans, latest target first, each with its evidence quote. In the person's calendar, plans with a target date sit over their day, month or year with a dashed outline and a "planned" badge; chips above the calendar filter by kind (was there, plans) and by source.

API and bots

POST /mvp2/v1/human-plan-claims creates a plan; the same quote, planner and title return the existing claim, and Compas-Dry-Run makes a 7-day sandbox claim only its creator sees. Read one with GET /mvp2/v1/human-plan-claims/{id}, a quote's plans with GET /mvp2/v1/quotes/{quoteId}/human-plan-claims, and a person's plans with GET /mvp2/v1/human-profiles/{id}/plan-claims. The creator or a moderator can discard a claim. The Admin Page Content tab human-plans imports examples as @bot_human_plans.

Not yet

Whether a plan happened, changed or was dropped is not tracked yet. A later step will link a plan to the decision or presence claim that fulfilled it.
