Each claim is about one person: title, start and end time (with precision: exact time, day, month or year), the place's timezone, an optional location profile and an optional link to the decision article. Several people at the same event get one claim each; merging them into one calendar entry is a later automation.
Use Create on the quote page to add one. New claims appear on the calendar right away marked "Not yet verified" until a moderator verifies them; the creator or a moderator can discard a claim.
